Mary Frisbee Johnson (MFA, University of Cincinnati), is a native of Montana and currently
serves as professor of drawing in the Department of Art at the University of Northern Iowa,
Cedar Falls, Iowa. Her work in metals/jewelry, mixed-media sculpture, installation sculpture,
and drawing has been exhibited extensively in over eighty national and international exhibits,
including twenty-one solo exhibitions, and her work is in the Medals Collection of the British
Museum, London. Current metals work can be seen at Artisan's Gallery, New York, NY;
Adornment Gallery, Baltimore, MD.
